Fine tolerance requirements are achievable on a wide range of materials and or complex machining concepts.

(C.M.M.) – Co-ordinate Measuring facilities are also employed in order to meet Quality Control / Quality Assurance criteria.

Cliff’s Way Engineering’s machining capacity relative to component size offers machining on Conventional & C.N.C. Turning Lathes with a Max. Size Loading Capacity – Ø520 x 3,800mm (over the “Saddle”) or Ø800 over the bed by a length of 4000mm

Vertical Boring Turning – Ø1600 x 1250mm in height

Machining Centre / Milling– 3 Axis, 4 Axis and 5 Axis, 5000mm x 2000mm x 800mm in Height, to name a few.
