Coconut Fibre Blankets

The Coconut fibre blanket (CFB) is a Type 4B erosion control blanket made from processed coconut fibre, placed between two lightweight, photodegradable polypropylene nets. The blanket is then sewn together with biodegradable yarn on 50mm centres. It has a functional longevity of 36 months, depending on climate and soil conditions. The blankets are tightly rolled into 2.45m by 51.4m rolls and wrapped for transport.
