Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.
  • Free standard shipping may apply on orders above a specified amount (e.g., R4,000).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  • We will investigate with our courier partner and either reship your order or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
